Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Direct Sight ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Direct Sight provides browser-based video and screen sharing tools integrated with CRM platforms, enabling customer support teams to visually assist customers in real-time.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Record sessions without consent of all participants
- Share access credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Session Recordings
- Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from customers before recording
- Recordings are stored securely and retained according to our Privacy Policy
- You may delete recordings at any time through your dashboard
Payment and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
Intellectual Property
- Direct Sight and its original content are owned by us and protected by copyright
- You retain ownership of your data and session content
- You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zendesk. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice
- We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Direct Sight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Direct Sight from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
